AMAZING MUST TRY GAME

I love this game you must try it!

I like pancakes, good apps

They taste very good and this app is fun

Great Potential

I could barely get a few minutes of gameplay in without the game crashing. I could defiantly see myself playing this a lot though.

Not Bad

This game takes a whole new approach to the gaming world. It is unique in its gameplay, and unlike anything Ive seen before. There are two things that could make it better: a tutorial and fixing the coin issue. (my issue with the coins is that they play such an important part in the game, and cost real-world money to acquire)

Fun and interesting but...

Its a fun and interesting game. There seems to be a problem with the game now. It keeps crashing or it doesnt load.

Good game just very flawed

I enjoy the game but it is very flawed, for example, when I log on now it tells me I do not own any property when two hours before I owned 40 different places. Please fix.

Great Foundation, but Needs Work

Crashes, and bugs. All of my properties disappeared. Sometimes I cannot even play as the app doesnt allow it. Also properties lose value after you buy them preventing you from gaining value. Very expensive if you want to actually upgrade. Fun at first but the enthusiasm wears off after a bit.

Eh

Would be a great game if there werent so many bugs.

Fix it

It started off great! Eventually, my 13 properties disappeared, and now nothing will load. The only thing that works is the "oops we have no idea what went wrong" message. You better find out what went wrong.

Amazing idea for game

The game is an amazing idea. I can buy any properties in my neighbourhoods or also when I travel. You can decide to buy a restaurant while youre eating there or an airport or anything. You do seem to need some coins for which you have to pay if you want To progress fast.

Great game if it worked.

The oops something has gone wrong and the authentication error are consistently coming up and are annoying.

Regret Playing This Game

My son and I began playing Landlord when it came out. We had a lot of fun building our portfolios. Then the server became inconsistent... sometimes we could log in and play, other times we just couldnt play at all! Then work and school became quite busy. We were not able to log on multiple times each day. I logged in today to see that my portfolio lost $20Million with this Chance thing. I went from $98M to $88M NOT BECAUSE MY PROPERTY VALUE DECLINED, I lost near $10M in a month. My Property Portfolio did not decline due to losses associated with fluctuations...it declined because I liquidated some properties that were dogs and I was shoring up my cash position waiting for my next purchase. Too bad the random CHANCE cards gave me losses equaling 5% of my total portfolio value. Red then green, red and then green and on an on....again, not recording purchases, sales to other players or sales to the Bank...NOT A SINGLE ACTIVITY REFLECTED where the tab says ACTIVITY from Dec 13 to Apr 6. I went to the Activity Tab expecting to see a very long and detailed list of my account activity. Instead I saw 2 entries and BOTH were on Dec 13,2015 when I started playing. This is not what I expected. I am quitting the game. Thank God I only put $5 into this dog. How did this just get an award?

Landlord

Im giving you guys on star but the game is crashing and it has bugs in it can you do a update to fix that?

Not accurate with location

So I downloaded this on my iPhone then on my exs Samsung and we had different properties listed on each phone. She had many more than me. I drove to Tampa hard rock, sat in the parking garage and couldnt see the casino. I had to walk into the center of the casino before it showed up. Please update the range of finding locations, thats quite ridiculous. Also, why can Samsung see more local properties when my phones in the same place? I spent $50 on this app and Im actually regretting it. Every property I buy, say I spend $1,000,000 on 10% shares, it automatically becomes worth $10,000 and the rent is reflected inaccurately as well. Where it says I should profit $500,000 a day its more like $5,000-$50,000?

Its kinda good

Its okay but it t doesnt show the full list of propertys in my city because Ill purchase a part of something come back but now t purchase that thing and to update in more rural places because I travel a lot and sometimes a property wont be on there at all otherwise it pretty good.

Great game

A good game to learn how to properly invest money

Has potential

This game has the potential to be a very fun and exciting game to play with friends or random people. There are a few flaws such as "theres something wrong with the server" that I see often. If it was fixed it could be a better experience. A feature thatd be great is to sort local properties by price. When youre low on money and like to get the most for your dollar would be great.

Too many Bugs!!!

This game is a very fun game but theres so much bugs I cant load the app. It keeps saying authentication error and it wants me to delete the app every time please fix these bugs developers.

This game is a joke!

I played this game for an hour and a half before I finally gave up when I ran out of coins to place bids. Also, I know there are time delays between players, but none the less the time on properties should not keep restarting after a new bid is placed. It makes it completely unfair for people just starting the game. Furthermore Im sort of thinking the creators of this game have never been to an auction before, because there is only three ways to hold an auction and the way they have it set up is not one of them. So folks, unless you want to spend (real money) on this game, or just want to take a chance you might get lucky and win some auctions starting out, than I would steer clear of this one. Because they only give you 80 free coins and it cost you 5 coins every bid you place. So say you place a bid for $20.000, that bid cost you 5 coins to place, all someone has to do is place a bid for $20.001 and your bid is junk and you lose your coins. So like I said, unless you want to buy with (real money) more coins than I would just not waste (your) time even installing this game. But, that is just one mans opinion.

I cant level up without buying coins

Ill make this easy to read Good game HORRIBLE devs. Idiots. -if you buy a property you for example afford 50.4 shares - it will bump the purchase amount slider to 50.5 so you get a message saying you need to buy more coins - using the slider is VERY annoying - Leveling up is the only way to get coins - say you have 100 coins, and you get 122 from a level - you would have 222 , but they will bump the tycoon skill upgrade price to 223 -you need tycoon to level up at at certain points, since it upgrades the amount of properties you can own - FORCES you to buy coins. I cant even level up anymore without buying coins
