In the beginning, it showed some bugs when buying properties and I had to close the app. But now its working fine and help me improve my skill of analyses the taxes, costs and profits.

It is a very cool game. It has a nice and simple interface. Really realistic tycoon. You can buy your own house and earn money from it, very nice game.

A great game to play with friends. Stimulates a good kind of competition. Id totally recommend to a friend!

Landlord 2 is a lot of fun. I have been playing it for about half a year and I am still hooked. Especially for people who travel a lot its very enjoyable to collect properties from around the world. Can easily be played without spending real money.

Aug 11, 08:42 I just thought about some other things, it would be great to be able to get coins by viewing advertising. But still i love the game, because as i said you can play it all around the world and what i love even more is, that you can pretty much buy everywhere something, even in the smallest places and not just the big towns. The idea behind the game is great and something new, but id love to see some more options for properties you own. All in 1 great game.

Overall awesome game, few things need to be tweaked tho, 1 being paperwork takes a long time, and 2, one day I buy some percentage into a property, and the next day I go to invest more money into that same property and ends up its no where to be found on my "Buy Property" list. And lastly my portfolio doesnt seem to load which could because very annoying.

So far I have had this game for the past five months or so and I must say its one of the longer lasting games on my phone. There is a lot of downtime when your not actually playing it, due to waiting for funds to be accumulated from the businesses you own. What I really like, is that you get to own some of the local businesses around you, or even some of the big world wide ones.

Id like to expand the local marketplace for smaller communities to a wider area, which could be configured in the application. In addition, Id like to have a quick invest feature located in your Portfolio menu. For capitalistic venturers, I could also see business cons and theft as an option in future development, having the ability to rip a percentage of a business away from a shareholder with a determined risk factor based on your level and skill investment. Now for 500 coins! Thanks.

Nice, simple and really cool app

I open this app several times a day, always looking for new properties to buy around me, and the daily chance is always exciting, you can win 5 million or loose 7 million, its all chance and makes the game more exciting ! Also a great community of players who help out on the forums ! Definitely worth downloading !
